Rebecca Wilkerson was recently named our December Franciscan Service Award (FSA) recipient for 2024. Rebecca, who has been with St. Francis for over two years, started her career in Facilities and currently serves as an Executive Assistant 2. Here are excerpts from her nomination: "Despite her relatively short time in Administration, it quickly became clear that she fully embodies the mission every day in her service to others. She is truly the face of Administration, always courteous, patient, and bringing a joyful spirit to everyone she encounters. Rebecca is always eager to lend a hand with any project or task that arises. A true team player, she is always willing to go the extra mile to help her colleagues succeed. "That's not my job" is simply not in her vocabulary. She is always smiling and never complains, whether she's completing her own tasks or helping others with theirs. She truly embodies "Joyfulness of Spirit" attitude and sets an exceptional example of how each team member can live out our Mission and core values."
