🌿 Meet Corrine: Making a Difference with Compassion 🌿 Corrine joined our volunteer team in November and has become an invaluable part of Stillwater Hospice. She leads our Pet Promise Program, ensuring that pets receive love and care when their owners are unable to do so. She has even fostered and placed Clementine in a loving home! In addition, she supports our team by answering phones in the office and serves as a direct volunteer, providing companionship and listening to life stories. Corrine shares, “I volunteer to give back. I have the time, desire, and means, and I’ve been ‘in their shoes.’ I understand the complexities of caring for a loved one who is terminal. If my work can make it easier for the caregiver, then it is all worth it.” ✨ Fun fact: Most people wouldn’t guess that Corrine once owned a dance studio in Houston, Texas, and has completed four marathons in Houston and San Francisco!
