𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐖𝐀 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐥! 🏗️ We're happy to share the latest milestones at our Rock Hill construction site, reflecting our steady progress towards completion: 👉 Landscaping preparations are underway, following the completed grading along Porter Road easement area. 👉 Key infrastructure updates include the conversion of a pond, the installation of asphalt striping, and the placement of the South HC ramp with guardrail installation. 👉 Our teams have also made significant progress in the interior setup, with ACT trims and lighting circuits completed on the first floor, and ongoing installations on the second. 👉 In the manufacturing area, we've welcomed the delivery of a CNC machine and are moving forward with MEP system wiring and device installations. Looking ahead, we’ll complete the landscaping, finalize sunshades, and continue with interior installations to ensure our facility is both functional and welcoming. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐮𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 📢 Inside the new STIWA facility in #RockHill As our new facility in 𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐥 progresses, we also want to share the 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞! You'll hear more as we're nearing completion: 👉 Our team has completed curb and gutter installation and has begun fine grading for asphalt paving. 👉 Key features such as parking spaces and sidewalks around the office entrance are now in place. 👉 The first and second floors of the office area are coming to life with completed drywall and freshly painted partitions. 👉 In the manufacturing area, we've continued to improve our infrastructure with ongoing painting and cable tray installations. Looking ahead, we will complete the fine grading, installation of rooftop units, exterior doors, dock equipment, and begin landscaping. These milestones underline our commitment to creating a state-of-the-art facility that will serve as a hub of innovation and productivity.
