At 62, Demi Moore won her first Golden Globe. As I listened to her powerful acceptance speech, something struck me deeply: the reminder to stop measuring ourselves by arbitrary milestones or timelines. In all honesty, often found myself doing just that - comparing YoY, month over month or even week over week. Always asking: What have I achieved? What's next? Am I enough? Moore's story is a testament to something bigger: Its not about the speed of the journey or the constant comparisons . It's about the depth of our experiences, the resilience we've cultivated and the gratitude for the path we've walked - regardless of how it may look against anyone else's or our own expectations. What if we leaned more into gratitude instead of metrics? What if we celebrated every small step as part of the larger story? I'm putting down the measuring stick and embracing gratitude for the growth, lessons and opportunities that have come my way - not just the outcomes! 💬 What about you?
