About us
For almost a century, we have built our firm around long-term client relationships, value and service. We want for you what we would want for ourselves if we were hiring counsel: talented lawyers, smart staffing, well-informed business advice, reasonable pricing, effective communication and the thoughtful use of technology to help manage costs. We take the long view, and strive to develop each client relationship into a collaborative partnership to enable us to help you achieve your business objectives, both today and in the future. Our lawyers provide a breadth and depth of expertise that can support a wide range of your business needs. Whether you are an investment company seeking help responding to the ever-changing regulations, a financial institution recently contacted by the SEC or FINRA, a public or private company interested in growth through acquisitions, or an organization concerned about protecting its intellectual property or contract rights, Stradley Ronon lawyers bring both legal ability and business acumen to bear in addressing the challenges you face. Our size – 200 lawyers – is a distinct advantage. Clients receive concierge service because every client is important in a firm our size. No one gets lost in the shuffle. Our decision-making is nimble; we can tailor fee arrangements, staffing and technology to your needs quickly and efficiently. We punch above our weight; our lawyer talent is prodigious. But our firm is about more than our legal achievements. We have a long-standing tradition of serving not only our clients but the communities in which we work and live … a tradition for Doing More … In The Community and For Our Clients.

This season, we’re proud to make a difference together. Stradley Ronon helped support the Philadelphia-based nonprofit MANNA with its annual Pie in the Sky fundraiser. Firm members raised over $6,000 through the purchase and donation of 132 pies to support MANNA in their efforts to prepare and deliver Thanksgiving dinners and provide year-round services for individuals with life-threatening illnesses who need nourishment to heal. “It’s inspiring to see our firm come together to bring comfort and care to so many during the holidays and beyond,” said Kevin R. Boyle, co-chairman of Stradley Ronon and a member of MANNA’s advisory board. #StradleyServes https://bit.ly/4i8n1gj
