Attendees enjoyed ethnic Indian food from local restaurants, entertainment by community members, and music. Practice Gratitude. Reflect on the blessings in your life—which includes the people around the Thanksgiving table. 4. Positive Intent. Members of the #SCP team attended the International Coaching Federation (ICF) ICF Metro DC Capital Coaches Conference in Virginia with 450 attendees #DMVA and beyond. SCP connected with new talent and unveiled the new Organizational Health and Wellness offerings. Ariel Gould, Esq. created a mini Zen Den where attendees could do self-guided mindfulness exercises, put on headphones with relaxing music, meditate, and relax on some bright cushions and yoga mats. "We created a little space and opportunity to disconnect and reset; to take a break and focus on mindfulness," says SCP President Monica Gould, MBA, CMC. "Conferences can be stimulating and energizing, and overstimulating to some, just like our workplaces.
