Women who, like my mother, have crossed borders, navigated new worlds, and redefined what it means to belong." Who doesn't want "engagement"? In various metrics in the business and communication world, engagement is something that's seen as a virtue, pursued for its own sake. But as Shaun Randol points out in Strategic, the pursuit of engagement and the ever-increasing pressure on communication pros to drive higher and higher numbers can bring some real problems of its own. https://lnkd.in/ec-aR3uQ
