Earlier this month, we were honored to lead an empowering workshop at the 2024 FEM Summit in Phoenix, AZ, where over 100 current female Second In Command and Integrators gathered to deepen their journey as leaders. Our Co-Founder Mike Frommelt and President Tony Bednar facilitated this session, guiding participants through The Integrator Continuum®, which is a tool that STP developed back in 2020. Through self-assessment exercises, interactive discussions, and goal-setting activities, participants explored their unique strengths, pinpointed areas for growth, and crafted personalized roadmaps for advancing their careers as impactful integrators/2iC's. It was inspiring to see such engagement and drive among these leaders as they work to create lasting change within their organization.
