  • Is your marketing TOO much? 🤔 If you feel like you’ve tried it ALL (daily IG Reels, weekly newsletters, SEO, paid ads, podcast promos) and are STILL not seeing the fruits of your labor, maybe you are simply thinking too WIDE instead of going DEEP with your marketing strategy 🕳️ When it comes to impactful marketing, less truly is MORE! Try this: 1. Get clear on your main business goals 2. Know your limitations (time, energy, money) 3. Pick 1-2 core marketing efforts that will make the most impact and stick with them for *at least* 3 months. 4. Evaluate and either pivot or THEN build upon those 1-2 core layers Hear more amazing marketing wisdom nuggets like these from my guest on this week’s episode on The HomeComings Podcast, my dear friend and marketing & communications wizard Caroline Crawford. • When I jumped ship and started my branding & design business 4 years ago I didn’t have a blueprint for what I was doing. It was a beautiful but oftentimes messy journey of experimentation, trial & error. Amidst that 4 year journey I connected with my first mentor, Jaymie Gerena who anchored me into a simple but powerful message: Your business problems are a reflection of your PERSONAL problems. 🤯🤯🤯 And from there, a DEEP journey of self introspection, awareness and knowledge began. Little did I know I would imbue this philosophy into my brand building process today with clients, empowering them to connect with them selves FIRST *before* even getting into any brand visuals, strategy or marketing. THE HOMECOMING MASTERCLASS was born out of the growing desire to inspire more small business owners to connect deeper with their truth and imbue it in their personal brands. Because the magic that happens when we show up more as our most authentic selves in our businesses is BEYOND powerful JOIN US!!! Next week for this free 1-hr impactful workshop. It's going to be a beautiful one! You can sign up via the link below: https://lnkd.in/gcipQQQZ

  • When it comes to showing up online, how do we decide how much of us to share? The ultimate answer: it DEPENDS. On who you are, what your values are, what’s most important to you, how you lead your life, your business, etc (!) There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to showing up, and that *especially* rings true when it comes to our brands. But it all starts with knowing ourselves *first*. Tune in to hear more on this week's episode of The HomeComings Podcast with my former business mentor Jaymie Gerena. We discuss: - Choosing how much exposure we share online - How do we get clear on what is important to us - How to own our imperfections and anchor into our intentions - Taking courage to recondition our emotional blueprints  - Mindset shifts for financial empowerment  - The biggest mistake people make with their personal brands Listen below! • Just like building a home, to craft an authentically aligned personal brand we have to start with the EXCAVATION — digging deep to unearth and come to know the parts of ourselves that we may have neglected. This is where we start to get PERSONAL leaning on tools and resources to support us on our journeys of cultivating more awareness. In this week's episode on The HomeComings Podcast, I share my personal journey with discovering self help, how it’s impacted my life and the need for this intimate inquiry when it comes to building a brand. Before we even consider what your logo looks like, what your services should be or what your sales funnel entail, we have to come to *truly* KNOW ourselves. Tune in to listen below! • Whether or not we lead our own businesses, we ALL carry our own "personal brands" with us. Buying decisions / our intrinsic tastes / style / aesthetic / even down to our personality (!) — the more we can come to KNOW who we are, the more we can show up and live our lives (and showcase said brand) from a deeper, more authentically aligned place. The HomeComings Podcast is BACK. And today I'm sharing a quick trailer and sneak peak into what to expect (hint: it's going to be personal*) (*All things personal branding that is!) • Brand building = home building 🏠♥️ I was deeply inspired last week to record a Season 2 bonus episode on my podcast talking all things personal branding. In this impromptu (yet deeply intentional) conversation, I dive in and share my thoughts on what it takes to craft an authentically-aligned personal brand and why getting PERSONAL (connecting with your story and embracing all parts and pieces of you) matters. I also share tangible takeaways from my 4 years in business working with my dear clients and talk about my own personal journey of developing studio domka. There’s no “right” way to build a brand, but there IS a beautiful blueprint to follow that can offer more guidance and clarity along the journey 💫 Listen here! • When I started my business 4 years ago, I didn’t have a compass for what I was doing. I got laid off from my job, had 1 client to my name, withdrew my entire 401K savings as my emergency fund, and just started throwing some really messy spaghetti at the wall to see what would stick. And things DID stick. I found more clients. I made more money. I deepened my expertise. I started to impact more lives. I experienced more joy, freedom and fulfillment. I was supported in the most beautiful of ways 💫 And while this business journey has been the most rewarding and expansive venture EVER, it’s also been the most stressful and challenging experience TOO. This past year, I’ve been dreaming into a resource that can support more humans in starting on their own personal brand journeys, but with the proper tools I wish I had when I was starting on mine. A “blueprint” of sorts. To avoid some of the biggest pitfalls and roadblocks to bringing their ambitions to life. From this seedling idea, the HomeComing Workshop was born. And I’m so excited to finally be sharing her with the world. 5 weeks, 5 intensive modules walking you through comprehensive strategy AND personal development foundations to help you turn your burning business desires into an authentically aligned personal brand (because we can’t craft a personal brand without getting personal FIRST) And I’m having my amazing life, business & mindset coach Jaymie Gerena join me to bring this intensive to life. This Incubator kicks off in just 2 weeks on 4/16. And I’m searching for any curious souls who are READY to go all in on their personal brand visions. It’s going to be the most extraordinary ride. If this experience feels aligned for you in this season of life, join the waitlist or reach out via DM and I will share more information your way! https://lnkd.in/g387haCt

  • To niche or not to niche? 🤔 Specificity can have incredible value in our business as service providers, but how does one know how much to “hone in”? And when? My guest on The HomeComings Podcast this week, MVP Brand Strategist Stacy Thal, shares a powerful perspective on this topic. Ultimately it always does depend, but considering what is most important to you (what you value, how you work) and your business timeline (what season you are in, beginner VS established) can be helpful when garnering clarity on niching. To hear more on this topic and dive into other amazing business insights with Stacy, tune in below to hear the full episode! Apple: https://lnkd.in/gTYC85Pa Spotify: https://lnkd.in/gwpTx3bg
