Congratulations to Long Haul Van Operator of the Month for October: Chris Loftus, and Regional Hauling Van Operator of the Month for October: Josh Pena Chris joined the fleet way back in October of 1997! His tenure has been filled with Rodeo Champ titles, an agency Van Operator of the Year win and a van line Van Operator of the Year award. Chris is the perfect example of someone that takes their business seriously but truly enjoys himself. He is a pleasure to communicate with and always does whatever it takes for a job well done. His dedication to the business always ends with success. When Chris is not providing top service to customers, he’s spending his free time competitively fishing on the open waters in Florida. 🔷 Josh joined the Daryl Flood fleet in November of 2020, and has transitioned over to Suddath. He had been drilling and working the oil fields prior but saw an opportunity in the family business of moving and storage. Josh has worked hard and performed with quality at the top of mind. When it comes to taking care of the customer, he will always go above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction. These are efforts we value and are proud to have welcomed into the fleet. We look forward to continued success shared with Josh and invite you to reach out and share in our appreciation. Congratulations to Chris and Josh!

Professional Van Operator Lenny Hampton represented Suddath last week at the Atlas World Group Annual Convention! Various videos were played throughout all the breakout sessions, and Lenny was chosen to contribute one on safety because he stood out when it comes to safety practices, clean roadside inspections, and no at-fault accidents. To top it off, we recently received this glowing customer review of Lenny and his co-driver, Kris Gallardo: “Lenny and Kris were both great, and the helpers that they had on both ends of the move were also great. I cannot complement Lenny, Kris and their crews highly enough.” Thank you for representing Suddath so well, Lenny, as you do every day!

Suddath works hard to make moving as easy as possible, but it is a real commendation to have a customer call a move enjoyable! Here is a FULL LETTER we received recently about Suddath Professional Van Operator Nelson Santos. Please give Nelson some kudos in the comments! If you've worked in moving you know how rare it is to get a customer note like this: 📭 "I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Nelson and his teams during our recent move from Alexandria, Louisiana, to our new apartment in Atlanta, Georgia. Moving can be a stressful and physically demanding process, yet thanks to Nelson and his crew, our experience was seamless, professional, and even enjoyable. From the very beginning, Nelson set a standard of excellence with his outstanding work ethic and keen attention to detail. He ensured that every item, large or small, was packed and transported with the utmost care, safeguarding not only our belongings but also our peace of mind. Nelson’s meticulous attention to detail was evident as he organized each item for maximum protection during transport, ensuring that our property arrived in perfect condition. Throughout the process, Nelson and his team conducted themselves with the highest level of professionalism. They communicated clearly, answered all of our questions with patience, and kept us updated on their progress. Even the challenges posed by our two-story, third-floor apartment in Atlanta were met with a positive attitude and a polite, can-do approach. Every member of Nelson’s team worked with a shared sense of pride and dedication. Their polite demeanor and respectful attitude made the moving experience smooth and pleasant, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs and requests. The entire team showed a remarkable commitment to ensuring that every step of the move exceeded our expectations. As you can imagine, with three kids under eight coming along, we had enough to worry about. I am grateful to Nelson and his crew for their hard work, professionalism, and courtesy, which turned what could have been a difficult transition into an exceptionally positive experience. I commend them for their exemplary service, and I will gladly recommend your company, confident in the quality of work and outstanding customer service that Nelson and his team exemplify. Please extend my sincere thanks to Nelson and his entire crew. Their dedication and commitment are a credit to your organization, and I hope you recognize the value they bring to your company. I look forward to requesting their services when we move our items out of storage." 🔷 Thank you for going above and beyond for our customers. They see your hard work and dedication, and so do we! A beautifully written letter fitting of the effort and pride you and your crew put into your work. We can’t thank you enough for all your hard work and dedication to high standards.
