We all have different experiences, backgrounds, and strengths, yet we work together well, and I genuinely like coming to work every day. I like how open our office is and how that fosters collaboration between departments and across project teams. What is your most prized possession? // Pictures and the relationships they represent. I have lived in 4 different states, so I have made and moved away from a lot of friends. Pictures bring back all the good memories of either friends I haven’t connected with in a while or the ability to see how much my kids have grown. What is the best advice you've ever received? // Don’t try to control what you can’t control. What is your most prized possession? // My most prized possession I think would be hunting property and cabin. I take great satisfaction in getting the family together and spending a weekend in the outdoors. What is the best advice you've ever received? // Not sure I can pinpoint a quote or great advice from someone but something I try to live by is “Every time you fail, it is an opportunity to get better.” I’ve had many failures, and I think I’m better for it. #TeamSummit #ProfessionalGrowth #BestAdvice
