About us
Everything we do is rooted in the belief that Better Leaders Equal Stronger Communities. Our mission is to serve communities around the world with the love of Jesus Christ by creating relational hubs for connecting, consulting, coaching & caring. We provide 4 key services of Connecting, Consulting, Coaching & Caring to help leaders fulfill the mission God has called them to do. As we bring men and women together who share similar passions and visions with complementary gifts and resources, we are essentially functioning as the Body of Christ is intended to function. By continuing to build relationships among leaders in eight platforms of influence (Churches, The Arts, Education, Non-Profits & Ministries, Volunteer Force, The Media, Government, and Business/Professional), we will be able to respond to emerging opportunities in our region. Through these platforms, we can be more effective by collaborating together and coordinating our efforts to advance the Kingdom of God and ultimately impact the world for Christ.

Join the Young Professionals of Johnson City as we host Harvest of Hope this Friday, November 22nd, at 6 PM at Fender’s Farm in Jonesborough. Harvest of Hope is not a fundraiser—it’s a gesture of gratitude and unity. Our community has faced significant challenges, including the devastating impact of Hurricane Helene, which brought loss and hardship to so many. Yet, in these trying times, we’ve witnessed extraordinary resilience and generosity from neighbors, volunteers, first responders, and others who stepped up to help. This event is an opportunity for all of us to pause, come together, and celebrate the incredible spirit of perseverance that defines our community. We look forward to seeing you there!
