  • Proposals are great, but let’s be honest. Our pets are the real MVPs.   Whether they’re warming our laps during late-night writing sessions or “editing” our compliance matrices with a well-timed keyboard stroll, they make the workday paws-itively better.   Here’s to the furry (or scaly, feathery, or finned) friends who keep us grounded while we climb those proposal mountains. 🏔️   Drop a pic of your office assistant in the comments… we want to see the real team members!

If your proposal process feels more like controlled chaos than a well-oiled machine, you’re not alone. But here’s the truth. Winning consistently takes more than great ideas. It takes a process.   Here’s how to stop scrambling + start scaling: 🗂️ Templates are your friend. Don’t reinvent the wheel. Use reusable content and frameworks to save time (and sanity).   📅 Set deadlines that stick. Build schedules with enough room for reviews, edits, and last-minute tweaks… because they always happen.   🔍 Focus on compliance first. Creativity is great, but non-compliance is a dealbreaker. Make sure every requirement is covered. 🤝 Collaborate early + often. Proposals are a team sport. Don’t leave input and reviews to the last minute.   Winning proposals aren’t built overnight… they’re built with systems that work.   Ready to tighten up your process? Let’s make it happen.

  • Let’s be real: crossing your fingers and hoping the phone rings isn’t a business development strategy. 📞🙅♀️   Winning work takes more than wishful thinking. It takes: 📊 A Plan: Clear goals, target markets, and actionable steps. 🤝 Relationships: Building trust before the RFP drops. 📚 Research: Knowing your client’s needs better than they do. 💬 Messaging: Showing you’re the answer… not just an option.   Stop hoping clients will notice you. Start showing them why they can’t afford to ignore you.
