I bet you wish your bank did this. 💡UPDATE: A few weeks back I got an email from Honeycomb Credit that shared a letter from a business owner in which I, alongside of 61 other regular people, collectively funded a $30k small business loan. My contribution was just $150. The business owner wrote a impassioned yet sensible letter asking the 62 of us for a deferment due to unexpected business challenges. Honeycomb Credit facilitated a vote for the 62 of us to decide whether to allow the loan modification or not. The results are in and as a community of investors we said YES to the deferment! The paradigm is shifting. We no longer have to live in a world where it's everyone for themselves. To me this vote reflects that human beings care for other human beings. It demonstrates that we've been fed lies that we need traditional financial institutions to fund our businesses or even our personal matters when all they seem to care about is their own bottom line. The world is changing, you can either sit on the sidelines, doing what you've been doing for years put your money and trust in financial institutions that care nothing for you. Or...
