I’m proud to help advise on the program for the 2025 Menus of Change Leadership Summit. This year’s Menus of Change Leadership Summit will tackle topics including value and affordability, global nutrition frameworks, food policy, and reducing food waste, just to name a few. As a member of the advisory council, it was important to all of us to create a program that arms chefs and foodservice professionals with tangible, easy-to-implement solutions to help nudge their guests toward healthier, more sustainable, and most importantly, delicious food choices, while also helping make their businesses more resilient.
