She's back again, and on #day3! Today Kendall Bedford kicked off her morning with a fantastic session hosted by Impact Capital Managers at Cooley LLP (beautiful offices). She was overjoyed to hear Amy Nelson, Stonly Blue, and Adrianna Alterman speak about strategies for internal mobility at VC funds! Later in the evening, she attended a session hosted by Glenmede about managing climate risk. Kendall found it especially engaging to learn more about how Glenmede is defining the various strategies for engaging with Climate risk! Stick with us as we recap with Kendall Bedford about her second day at #ClimateWeekNYC! She started off the morning at “The New-New in Climate Capital,” hearing from both investors and founders about their biggest opportunities and challenges in the space. Then she caught up with some new and old friends at the “Female Founders and Funders Lunch!” It was awesome seeing so many women in climate in the same room! Later in the evening she popped by the “Diversity in Climate Tech Happy Hour,” featuring an inspiring and honest toast from Taj Ahmad Eldridge. Kendall closed out the night with the “Climate Solutions Collaborative Cocktails,” and was happily able to reflect on her learnings from the day in the company of several impact-driven leaders.
