Another fantastic achievement at The Francis Hotel in Bath! This year our hotel and the team have gone above and beyond in their efforts to ensure that social and environmental responsibility is maintained and up to standard. We are incredibly proud of the team at The Francis, obtaining this impressive award, especially during the extensive multimillion pound refurbishment, that the hotel is undergoing.
