Another Successful #PeerToPeer Conference in Washington, DC! The event kicked off with inspiring welcome remarks from our Head, Artur Czerniejewski, and the Swiss Ambassador to the U.S., Ralf Heckner. From there, it was a full day of valuable insights, thought-provoking panels, and dynamic discussions. Last week the entire SBH USA team travelled to Miami for our annual teambuilding retreat. We had the pleasure of having Sundae Schneider-Bean joining us to lead workshops about the mission of #flowforward and employee engagement. We learned a lot about how to tackle stressful situations in project managements, how learning loops work best and in general how to work successfully as a team. The exchange also allows us to be even closer to Switzerland Global Enterprise and have the same vernacular as our colleagues all over the world. We also got to have some fun exploring Wynwood, learning how to dance Salsa, and Kayaking. We enjoyed spending time together as a team, something we rarely get to do living and working all over the United States. Thank you for a great trip!
