Joining us from Toronto, Ankita was previously Chief of Staff at Classplus  and an Analyst at Citi India, working across Finance, Operations, and People functions to keep things moving. She’s also an army kid, having lived in 10 cities across India before earning a Chemical Engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. It’s the end of the month and deals need to be progressed. The last thing I want to do is fire off generic follow-ups that add no real value. That’s where this new Sybill feature blew me away. With the ability to ask questions across all recent meetings, I put it to the test. I asked: "What’s one thing I could send that would add value to each deal? Something discussed in the call, but not covered in the agreed next steps, that would help push things along?" Here’s what it came back with: Deal 1: A targeting strategy showcasing how decision-makers within educational trusts are diversifying. Deal 2: A targeted analysis of tier-2 banks and challenger financial institutions in the UK & Ireland. Deal 3: A timeline aligning with their March-April launch goals. Deal 4: A small business-focused ROI calculator. Deal 5: Examples of multi-touchpoint event campaigns (they discussed 4-6 touchpoints). Each of these follow-ups will take five minutes to send. But instead of wasting time figuring out what to say, I know exactly what to do. Personalised relevant follow-ups and more helpful info for my prospects. Blown away.
