Sync Storage Solutions is a material handling distributor specializing in designing, selling, and installing industrial storage equipment to warehouses and distribution centers. In 2020, the company became a part of the Sammons Warehouse Solutions (SWS) family. SWS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sammons Industrial, and part of the Sammons Enterprises family of employee-owned companies. Sync Storage Solutions offers a diverse range of products and services nationwide. We’re able to help our customers through each step of the project, from initial concept and design to installation and utilization. Drive-in pallet racks and drive-thru racks allow product to be stored several pallets deep and handling equipment to enter the industrial rack structure to place or extract pallets. A drive-in pallet rack system uses a single input-output point per storage bay, creating last in, first out (LIFO) access. Our customer had oversized motors and generators that wouldn't fit into standard rack, so we designed and installed a cantilever rack connected by bolted selective beams with high-capacity wire mesh decking. This project provided our customer with a comprehensive solution for their limited floor space and safety concerns. » Added end-of-aisle backpacks that freed up floor space, allowing pallets to be stored at various levels at the end of aisles for shipping/distribution. » Installed 35 feet of selective rack with 20 adjustable shelves, allowing them to use the height of the facility to maximize storage capacity. » Installed rack-back fencing to protect product from falling into walkways, keeping employees safe and product secure.
