⚽ REGEN LEADERS - Getting to the bottom of uniqueness, and its place in the group. ⚽ We believe that the foundation of any successful endeavour in Football comes down to strong self-awareness of the individuals unique characteristics and how that powerful uniqueness can integrate into a dynamic team environment. The first two weeks of our regen leaders program was dedicated to extracting an accurate picture of each individual and when integrated- the overall strengths of the team. Here's what we found. 1. They prefer a relaxed team environment: By doing this, they create a stronger platform for creativity and collaboration. 2. They quickly respond to new opportunities: With the quick pace of change in and around the sport, mainly due to emerging technology; responding to new opportunities will serve our leaders well both now and in the future. 3. They put people first; One of our regen pillars is to 'give more than you take'. The team have show a natural and strong passion for people. This has shone through in the work they are currently doing in the sport and how they have approached each session. 4. They like to explore new ways of doing things: Considering new ways of thinking and multiple ways of implementing change. 5. They encourage each others strengths: Actively encouraging a collaborative approach through each persons unique strengths. Everyones uniqueness is a superpower, through our YOU pillar, we aim to extract those superpowers and bring the community together to create a new way of thinking about the game and its future. This week we look to the future... Our Regen leaders pilot program is heading into its last two weeks. We have worked together to create a deeper sense of self, uniqueness and place within a team with our 'YOU' pillar. We explored old and new football, creating a winning performance culture and its place in the future football ecosystem in out 'FOOTBALL' pillar. In our 'TECHNOLOGY' pillar, we have delved into the toolkit of the future, how it will shape our young people and the game itself, and most importantly the philosophies and original intention of some of the important emerging technology shaping our future... Now, we look squarely forward to the future, bringing together everything we have learned across the program and encourage a creative, collaborative and explorative environment where our regenerates can envision their future for the game in a more regenerative way - one that they own a piece of.
