Born out of the Nuclear Security Industry, Tac-Tote products provide unique options for Law Enforcement, Emergency Management Organizations, and Security Forces to deploy their equipment effectively. It is always a great feeling to hear firsthand how my products are making a job easier or more efficient for someone. Recently at a tactical conference and while I was demonstrating my STO BAGs labelling options to conference attendees, an existing customer passed by my booth and briefly revealed what his team had done to label theirs. From what he said it sounded like they had done a really good job with it so I asked him to snap an image if he didn’t mind so that I could see it. A few days later, and being a man of his word, I received his email with the requested image with some additional information as to how they were looking to do similar with all their STO BAGS. He didn’t have to stop, in fact he only slowed down in passing while speaking to me over my potential next customers heads. He not only quickly validated using the product but also some of its features as well. Another example and it’s one of the greatest feelings I can get when a customer whether intentionally or indirectly ‘sells’ my product for me. The Magnetic STO BAG comes with a long blank Velcro patch that can be safely cut into three. To label the bags contents a user can use a paint pen, embroidery, my PVC clear face tags, or 3rd party patches. Hands down one of the best moments last week while attending NYTOA is seen here. I stepped aside to snap these images of a SWAT Commander and previous customer explain to a perfect stranger and also a SWAT Commander how he and his team have benefited from purchasing and employing the TAC-TOTE Responder Bag. I learned so many things from this conversation and discovered numerous applications which I'd never have thought of without the input of my customers! #swat #sheriff #firstresponder #lesslethal #police #tactical
