Our community platform helps organizations to start and grow talent communities.

About us

We are TalentLed, a talent community consultancy that help organizations start and grow successful talent communities. Talent is the most important asset that an organization will ever have. Nowadays, many organizations are putting 'talent communities' forward; however, many of these do not go beyond virtual collections of CVs/résumés of candidates, and they are rarely led as true communities. We see things differently with our community leadership and recruitment expertise. We believe that there is an immense value and competitive advantage for organizations to harbour and grow real, vibrant talent communities, and not only for their candidates, but for their employees and alumni as well, and have a groundbreaking framework to help create that structure. • How is the concept of online community evolving in 2025? At TalentLed, we’ve been reflecting on how different types of communities are reshaping industries and human collaboration. Whether it's driving innovation through coordinated research efforts or rethinking digital spaces where creators and contributors are valued, communities are stepping into a more central role across sectors. These shifts hold deep implications for talent acquisition, entrepreneurship, and beyond. That’s why we’re proud that our co-founders, Ilker Akansel and Todd Nilson, along with our Chief Ethics Officer, Mirella Ang de Jonge, contributed their insights to Bri Leever’s upcoming #community trends report for 2025. Together, they’ve explored how evolving technology, new economic models, and professional community leadership are redefining how we connect, collaborate, and innovate. Look for the full report this Thursday! #community #talentstrategy #digitaltransformation #innovation #futureofwork

Community Strategist | I help coaches, consultants & entrepreneurs launch profitable & purposeful communities on one centralized platform in 7 weeks.

If you ask 8 community strategists what’s coming in community, you’ll get 8 different answers - and that’s exactly what we did. Every year, predictions flood the internet about where our industries are headed. But when it comes to community, who better to forecast the future than the people actively shaping it? Inspired by a16z’s annual trend report, we gathered insights from leading global community strategists - from San Francisco to Hamburg, Hawaii to Cambridge. Community will be the bridge in a world more connected than ever and more lonely than ever. We’re seeing our community spaces trend towards ↓ 1️⃣Community marketing alignment - More collaboration between Community, Customer Marketing, and Sales. 2️⃣VIP IRL experiences - A response to digital fatigue and the commodification of online spaces. 3️⃣Scenius environments - Connection is evolving to collaborative projects, ideas, and results. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Where is community headed in 2025? 📝 The full report drops Thursday. Want it in your inbox?
