  • SUCCESS STORY SPOTLIGHT: Celebrating a huge win today! 🎉 We had an incredible story from one of our employees who has been managing type 1 diabetes, hypothyroidism, and HTN. For 3 years, they attended TargetCare coaching sessions, looking to improve their health, especially their hemoglobin A1c. Despite life's challenges, the relationship they built with their TargetCare Provider gave them the confidence to make sustainable changes. They started with evening snacking and gradually built a routine that included gym visits. Over the past 6 months, they experienced numerous benefits, both on and off the scale. Their weight is the lowest it has been since 2020, and their HbA1c levels have improved! Even their Endocrinologist was impressed and wished more patients had access to such coaching. This is a testament to the power of consistency and the right support. Kudos to our amazing employee and their journey towards better health! 💪

  • SUCCESS STORY SPOTLIGHT: A step forward in employee health management! 🌟 An employee visited our onsite clinic for a cold and received crucial education on the difference between viral and bacterial infections. Understanding when antibiotics are needed is key to fighting antibiotic resistance. Following the advice given, the employee saw improvement within a week without needing antibiotics, just a refill for cough medication. 📊 This kind of patient education helps employees manage their own health more effectively and reduces unnecessary ER or urgent care visits, saving on insurance costs. Well done to our dedicated team! 👏
