  • This month we welcomed Matt Gorman, Executive Vice President, to kick off our 2025 Senior Team Spotlights! Matt leads Targeted Victory's strategic communications vertical with over a decade of experience advising presidential candidates, members of Congress, and Fortune 50 companies on storytelling, media training, and crisis management. A veteran of three presidential campaigns, Matt most recently served as senior advisor to Tim Scott for America and previously served as Communications Director for the NRCC, earning recognition on POLITICO Playbook’s Power List. Today, Matt regularly appears on television and in print as a political analyst, offering insights on politics and issues of the day. During his spotlight, Matt discussed what first drew him to politics, shared insights into Targeted Victory’s strategic communications vertical, and gave us a firsthand look at what it is like going on television.   • This month's Senior Team Spotlight featured our Executive Vice President, Martin Rini, and Vice President, Sarah Morgan. Martin celebrated his 10-year anniversary with Targeted Victory on the day of their spotlight! Over the last five election cycles, Martin has worked for many of the top political races in the country -- including 20+ Senators, 30+ House Members, and a dozen Gubernatorial candidates. Before joining Targeted Victory, Sarah served as the Political Director of the NRSC and has brought a wealth of knowledge from her work in political campaigns, advocacy, public affairs, government relations, and communications. During their Spotlight, Martin and Sarah had an open discussion with staff, sharing experiences from their diverse backgrounds and offering invaluable advice for those just starting out in their careers.   • This summer, Targeted Victory had the privilege of hosting an exceptionally talented internship class. Throughout their time with us, they gained new skills, established connections with both TV staff and clients, and made a meaningful impact on our business. By the Numbers: - Welcomed 19 interns from 14 colleges - Completed 500+ deliverables (client copy, creative briefs, performance reports) - Joined 11 senior leadership meetings - Attended 7 client networking events - Participated in 4 professional development workshops We are incredibly proud of this group and look forward to watching them grow in their careers!
