Out with the old, in with the new! one of our customers reached out to us for a Controls upgrade for one of their older production lines. the old panel was a mess of wires and timer relays that was many decades old. does anyone of my followers have any knowledge of an OEM by the name of Dynamic Products, or Minster Automation? I have a customer who has issues with one of their machines. they are using a B&R controller and servo drive. After speaking with B&R they state that their controllers cannot be "uploaded" but if you want to recover the program or try to get a backup you have to go through the OEM. However I cannot find any information on them and the data plate on the panel has no contact information for them. does anyone know of this company or by chance can help me find contact information. Additionally, I would also appreciate any help with people who have experience with B&R controllers.
