At Tidemark, we build communities with purpose. We are a private commercial real estate investment and development firm based in Hooksett, NH with projects in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. Tidemark is a fully integrated development shop, managing meaningful projects throughout the entire process - from site identification and acquisition, permitting and entitlement, financing and capital markets, design and architecture, construction management, lease negotiation, property and asset management, and everything in between. Tidemark is excited about the progress on the 22 Green Street Apartments project in Somersworth, NH. Thank you to the entire PROCON team for the great work making this vision come to life!
22 Green Street, a 135-unit apartment complex in Somersworth, NH, is progressing even through the snowy winter months. Currently, the second-floor truss, deck, and panels are being placed, the structural steel podium is just about complete, and under-slab utilities continue throughout the project. It is slated to be completed in Spring 2026. Kudos to the entire team!
