Reflecting on Our Shared Journey 🌍✨ On December 3, over 900 members of our global network came together for the 2024 End of Year Convening—a moment to reflect on the challenges and opportunities of the past year and to draw inspiration for the work ahead. The convening highlighted the strength of our shared purpose, with 8 Network Breakthroughs showcasing the ways in which communities across our network are working toward a future where all children can have the kind of education, support, and opportunity to shape a better future. We’re thrilled to honor UniCredit Foundation with this year’s Tiger Award, recognizing their incredible support for advancing educational equity across Europe 🌍 In just one year, UniCredit Foundation has helped our network partners recruit and train 945 fellows, impacting over 54,000 students in under-resourced communities across Italy, Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Romania, and Slovakia. Through initiatives like EduAction Week, they’ve mobilized volunteers for 50+ activities, directly benefiting 900+ students—helping them build the skills they need to thrive in a changing world. Fostering the empowerment of girls in Vienna through #STEAM! ✨ Teach For Austria alumna Theresa Valenta started Die BauBox to help girls develop confidence and technical skills through hands-on STEAM projects. Tom has 10 years’ experience working within UK charity sector, specializing in Corporate Partnerships. He joins the Teach For All Global Corporate Partnerships team, after having led Marie Curie UK’s Corporate Partnerships team to one of their most successful financial periods. He comes with a wealth of knowledge in building transformational, multi-year, partnerships across Retail, Finance, Energy and Health sectors.
