سور القاهرة الشمالى مشروع ترميم سور القاهرة الشمالي، الذي يقع في حي الجمالية بقلب القاهرة الفاطمية، يعود إلى القرن العاشر الميلادي ويمتد من باب الفتوح إلى برج الظفر. يعاني السور من تلفيات ناتجة عن الزمن والأحداث البشرية، مثل الزلازل والحروب، مما أدى إلى هدم أجزاء منه. في عام 2023، أطلقت وزارة الإسكان المصرية مشروعًا لترميم السور بالتعاون مع شركة وادي النيل و تنفيذ شركة تيك ميرج. أهداف المشروع تتضمن الحفاظ على التراث التاريخي للقاهرة الفاطمية، إعادة بناء وتدعيم السور، وجعله متاحًا للجمهور. يشمل الترميم إزالة الأضرار وإعادة بناء الأجزاء المتضررة باستخدام مواد تقليدية. تواجه المشروع تحديات مثل الوصول إلى أجزاء متضررة والتنسيق مع الأنشطة التجارية والسكنية المجاورة. الاستخدام الضروري لمواد تقليدية يزيد من تكلفة المشروع. من المتوقع أن يسهم المشروع في الحفاظ على التراث التاريخي للقاهرة الفاطمية، وإبراز أهمية السور كمعلم تاريخي، وتوفير فرصة للجمهور لاستكشافه وتقديره.

‎مشروع تطوير وكالة قايتباى ‎ تعتبر وكالة السلطان قايتباى نموذجاً للوكالات في العصر المملوكي التي كانت تشتمل على مخازن ومحال لبيع السلع وأماكن لإقامة التجار، و هى تقع فى شارع الجمالية, القاهرة, مصر. تم تتطوير الوكالة من قبل شركة تيك ميرج و هى شركة تسعى الى الحفاظ على التراث التاريخى و تطوير المشاريع التاريخية. Wekalet Sultan Qaitbay is considered as a model of agencies in the Mamluk era that included warehouses, shops for selling goods, and places for merchants to reside. It is located on Al-Gamaleya Street, Cairo, Egypt. The wekala was renovated by Tech Merge, a company that seeks to preserve historical heritage and develop historical projects.
