In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, this year, the Techsgiving team had the privilege of participating in the 2025 Beloved Community Global Youth Summit on AI, hosted by The Martin Luther King, Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change (The King Center). This inspiring event brought together young minds to explore artificial intelligence through engaging discussions, hands-on activities, and thought-provoking sessions—all centered on how AI intersects with freedom, justice, and democracy. A huge shoutout to Jara Montez and Ayodele Duyile, MPM as we led a hands-on workshop, AI for Social Good, where we guided middle and high school students in exploring innovative ways to use generative AI to address real-world challenges—from climate change and education to healthcare. Their creativity and problem-solving ideas were truly inspiring! A special thank you to Ian Elmore-Moore and Andrus Washington from The King Center for the opportunity to be part of this impactful event.
