**Long post incoming** We’ve been MIA on LinkedIn, but we’re back with the best, worst, and weirdest moments from the past few months. Here's where we’re at: Best: - Selected as semi-finalists for a *very important* competition that could propel us forward quickly. - Watching our new branding and website come together (not the ones in this post, you’ll all see very soon), as well as receiving very positive feedback from our taste-testings and being able to send samples to people! - Pitching our business to a room of unfamiliar faces and coming away with the People’s Choice at the Smart City Challenge - The endless support from mentors, UCE, MoA, Callaghan, and King's Trust-shout out to you all ❤️ Worst: - Facing challenges with our first trial (lessons learned😬) which meant having to return to r&d, and postponing our launch. - Dealing with health issues that created significant stress and halted progress. - Over analysing every single social media post - including this one - Wearing 1000 different hats and juggling countless tasks, often doing jobs that wouldn’t necessarily be our strength in other roles. Weirdest: - Planning our friends and family raise, and having the uncomfortable conversations of asking people for money. - Meeting so many people who have heard of our product and are just as excited as us (also one of the best parts). - Finding a work-life balance when you’re so passionate about your job and want to work 24/7 (Sorry to our friends and loved ones). - Getting comfortable with public speaking and listening to our voices on audio (hating listening back to the sound of your own voice must be a universal experience right??)🤢 The past few months have been an absolute rollercoaster, filled with highs, lows, and unexpected twists. Despite the lows, it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience and we still get excited to wake up every day and make our vision come to life. The personal growth we’ve achieved and the clearer vision we now have for the future make it all worthwhile. If you read to this point, thanks for being part of our journey with us 💖 I wanted to tag all of our supporters but there’s too many of you, so you know who you are and we are forever grateful!! -Renee & Em x

  • We had the opportunity to attend the ANZ producer marketplace event this week! It was an awesome day connecting with kiwis in the food industry, and we left feeling super inspired by the keynote speakers. Hopefully the next time we attend will be with our own stall!

  • Meet Emma (left) and Renee (right), the co-founders behind Teiny! Our friendship dates back to kindergarten. We were joined at the hip during boy scouts, school, and flatting together, so we found it fitting to dive into this journey together too. We love all things nature, food, and are both very passionate about our health. Renee’s strength lies in design and marketing, while Emma’s is in formulation science - dream team! We can’t wait to go on this journey with all of you❤️
