    So geht Kundenzufriedenheit: Ich möchte heute eine außergewöhnlich positive Erfahrung mit dem Microsoft Support teilen. Mit dem echten! 🤓 Vor zwei Tagen stieß ich bei der Nutzung von Microsoft Power Apps in Verbindung mit externen Datenquellen auf einen Fehler, der meine Arbeit erheblich beeinträchtigte. Ehrlich gesagt hatte ich wenig Hoffnung, dass meine Supportanfrage in einem so großen Konzern schnell bearbeitet wird. Doch zu meiner Überraschung versuchte mich eine Entwicklerin von Microsoft zu erreichen. Da ich nicht erreichbar war, erhielt ich eine freundliche E-Mail von ihr. Sie stellte sich vor, fasste mein Problem präzise zusammen und informierte mich, dass das Entwicklerteam bereits an einer Lösung arbeitet. Sie entschuldigte sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten und versprach, sich innerhalb der nächsten drei Geschäftstage wieder zu melden. Nicht einmal 24 Stunden später erhielt ich erneut eine Nachricht: Der Fehler sei behoben und das Roll-Out würde zeitnah stattfinden. Als ich nachschaute, war der Fehler tatsächlich verschwunden – das ging wirklich schnell! Kurz darauf kontaktierte mich die Managerin der Entwicklerin über Microsoft Teams. Im Rahmen der Kundenzufriedenheit stellte sie mir einige Fragen zu meinem Support-Erlebnis. Sie war äußerst höflich und reagierte sogar auf Smalltalk-Floskeln. Meine Antworten wurden mit einem Herz markiert, was das Gespräch sehr persönlich machte. Abschließend erhielt ich eine Zusammenfassung von der Entwicklerin, in der das Problem und die Lösung klar beschrieben wurden. Sie bedankte sich für meine Geduld und bot an, dass ich mich jederzeit wieder bei ihr oder ihrer Managerin melden könne. Für mich ist das ein Paradebeispiel für herausragende Kundenzufriedenheit. Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass ein so großer Konzern wie Microsoft einen Fehler innerhalb weniger Stunden löst und man sich als Kunde so wertgeschätzt fühlt. Habt ihr auch schon einmal Kontakt mit dem „echten“ Microsoft Support gehabt und ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht? Oder wo habt ihr den besten Support erlebt und wie lief das ab? Ich bin gespannt auf eure Geschichten! Übrigens stellte sich heraus, dass die Microsoft-Mitarbeiterinnen Teil des externen Support-Dienstleisters Tek Experts sind – aber ist das nicht genial? 😊 Thanks to LOUISA OKAFOR and Justina Ibeh, you are doing an awesome job! 🚀
