Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of education consultants to achieve organizational objectives. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through effective marketing strategies, sales techniques, and client retention. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth processes and efficient service delivery. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to position TEMPs as a market leader.
