Last Wednesday, the 3rd cohort of Leading Edge participants kicked off the year with an engaging day filled with insightful questions, dynamic conversations, and the first steps toward becoming even stronger leaders in our industry. Facilitated by coach Michele To, CPCC, the group dove into John C. Maxwell's book The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership. We’re thrilled to see where this year’s cohort will go next and wish them the best in this year of leadership, collaboration, and transformation!

We’re excited to share this post from Jessie Merritt, who captured the spirit of this year’s Haulin’ for the Holidays event. Thanks to the hard work of the Young Professionals Council and the generosity of the TTA community, this year's initiative was able to distribute over $90,000 in toys and supplies to families across Tennessee. This event highlights the strength of our industry’s commitment to giving back. Congratulations on another impactful year, and we look forward to continuing to give in 2025!
Reviewing these fresh photos from the 2024 Haulin’ for the Holidays party, I’m overwhelmed by this incredible Tennessee Trucking Association community that made it all possible! This annual event is about so much more than collecting toys – we get to shine a light on the non-profits we serve and their impactful missions. It’s about rallying around our community as an industry to make a tangible difference and to do it joyfully. A heartfelt thank-you to our corporate angel sponsors for your generosity and support. To my LinkedIn network and friends, thank you for donating toys, hyping this cause, and engaging with our mission. You helped make this year’s toy drive a massive success, especially considering the freight market. 🙌 Thanks to your efforts, we distributed over $90,000 in toys and supplies to children across Tennessee! 🌟 Here’s to keeping the spirit of giving alive all year round – cheers to each of you for being part of something so meaningful! 🥂 #HaulinForTheHolidays
