It's a big day for Tenor: we've raised $5.4M, to build the future of leadership development. There's a generational shift happening, as AI opens up new ways of enabling and developing people at scale. With this funding, we're setting out to build the defining platform in the space - with a mission to make every manager more effective. How are leadership development teams thinking about AI? 🤔 We surveyed 220 ATD members, and found that: • 41% are actively exploring • 29% are curious • 12% are piloting • 14% are already using • And only 4% aren’t considering it right now. It’s still very early days. And with so much interest and excitement, we can't wait to see the impact AI will have for people leaders in the coming years! ⚡️

There's nothing like bringing the team together. And last week, we held our first-ever Tenor Summit in Guadalajara, Mexico. With team members joining both in person and online, we shared a week filled with laughter, connection, and momentum (and we even shipped a few new product features during our make-a-thon!) We all left feeling inspired and grateful to be building with such amazing folks. Exciting times ahead, as we reimagine leadership development together!
