At TENTE, we’re committed to supporting future generations through partnerships with organizations dedicated to youth development. Together, we’re investing in a brighter tomorrow. We recently had the pleasure of hosting 15 students from Simon Kenton High School, along with two counselors, for a three-hour tour of our facility as part of their NaviGo program. These students, exploring career options in trade and skilled professions, were able to get a firsthand look at local manufacturing opportunities. The visit began with a 20-minute presentation from our CEO, Ben Mulling, who shared the history of TENTE and discussed the exciting career paths available to students seeking a future in skilled trades, emphasizing the growing demand for these professions. Throughout the tour, the students visited key areas of our operation, including Tool Room Maintenance, Injection Molding, Production, Shipping & Receiving, CNC, and our Engineering Lab. We were thrilled to introduce them to the real-world applications of manufacturing and engineering in action. We provided lunch and gifted each student a small starter tool set to support their interest in pursuing a hands-on career.
