Job Title: Full-Time Floral Designer Location: Terminus 330, 330 Marietta St. NW, Atlanta, GA 30313 Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented full-time floral designer to join our in-house floral team at Terminus 330. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for various occasions, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: 1. Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, corporate events, and personal flower arrangements. 2. Provide personalized consultations to clients, helping them choose the perfect flowers and designs for their needs. 3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are readily available. 4. Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering flowers and supplies as needed. 5. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email. 6. Assist with the setup and delivery of floral arrangements for events. 7. Stay up-to-date with floral design trends and techniques to offer fresh and innovative ideas. Qualifications: - Previous experience as a florist or in a similar creative role. - Strong understanding of flower varieties, seasonality, and care. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. - Ability to lift and carry heavy arrangements and supplies. *This position requires a full-time work week, including weekend availability, with long hours of standing and lifting heavy objects.
