We've spoken with hundreds of hiring managers and recruiters as we've built out Max! What are their top wishes for an AI recruiting partner? ✅ Can it help me find candidates even with nuanced experiences? For example, I need someone who's worked as a Senior ML engineer at Series A or B startups for 5 to 8 years, has some experience managing, and is located in Austin, TX. ✅ How quickly can I set it up and have it begin sourcing? ✅ How does it communicate with candidates? Like a robot or like a human? These are all good questions. Max is great at finding candidates with specific experiences in this example. Max is making hires in record time ⏩ ⏩ ⏩ ⏩
The future of recruiting is happening now. I opened a Tezi AI role with Max, our autonomous AI recruiting agent, on Aug 6th and had an accepted offer 20 days later. This is at least 2x faster than my fastest (non-network) hire in my two decades of hiring. About the search: 1. Max built a pipeline of ~300 candidates 2. Max sourced 120 candidates (before I turned off sourcing because we had too many interested candidates) 3. Max evaluated 180 applications. I double checked each one. 99% of the time I agreed with Max. 4. 30% "interested response" rate to the sourcing emails 5. Max screened ~40 candidates via web chat before advancing the top ones to me for Round 1 6. Glowing feedback from candidates to Max about the web chat conversation quality 7. Max scheduled ~70 interviews All I did was set up the role with Max, interview candidates, turn in scorecards, and make advance/reject decisions. AI did the rest. Wow 🔥
