Another Milestone for TGC! We are thrilled to announce the acquisition of our 30th hotel, My Place Hotels of America in Missoula, MT! This marks an exciting step forward in our growth, and we couldn't be more excited to expand our footprint in the beautiful state of Montana. This is now our third My Place Hotel under management, with two more in the final stages of construction. We are incredibly proud of the work our team has put into building a strong extended-stay portfolio, and we look forward to seeing John Boyle and his team continue to deliver exceptional service and hospitality to the Missoula community. Today, we proudly opened our 29th hotel in the beautiful state of Georgia! This marks a special milestone as it’s our 1st stayAPT Suites in Lithia Springs, and our 3rd hotel in Georgia. Our construction and hospitality teams have been working tirelessly over the past six weeks to bring this project to life, and their dedication and hard work have truly paid off. Today, Tenicia Jackson and her team are thrilled to welcome their first guests, and we couldn’t be more excited to serve the Lithia Springs community with our signature hospitality. Making a Difference Together: 765 Coats and More! I am truly overwhelmed with gratitude as I reflect on this year’s Christmas Coffee and Coat Drive. Your incredible generosity and unwavering support have made such a profound impact. Together, we didn’t just meet our goal, we absolutely blew past it! We collected, matched, and donated 720 coats for the wonderful children at TOP Early Learning Centers. In addition, we purchased 45 coats for our teammates’ children, bringing the grand total to an unbelievable 765 coats! But your kindness didn’t stop there. With the extra funds received, we were able to go even further: • 10 Christmas break food boxes filled with essentials for kids • Hygiene products, clothing, underwear, socks, coats, hats, and gloves for 15 children at Harry Street and Gardiner Elementary Schools in Wichita Your generosity doesn’t just warm bodies, it warms hearts, spreads hope, and reminds us of the power of a caring community. The smiles on the children’s faces are a direct reflection of your willingness to give. Thank you for being part of this mission and for making such an impactful difference this holiday season.
