🔥 Are you looking for an opportunity to expand your knowledge, learn from industry experts, and network with other professionals? 🔥   Campfire Talk creates an environment where fellow supply chain leaders can come together for candid conversations and share their challenges and successes. It's a chance to learn from each other and walk away with new ideas and solutions that can benefit your future.   At our recent Campfire Talk held at the GAP distribution center in Gallatin, Tennessee, we had the pleasure of hosting Ralph Lauren's Karla Tankersley. Karla appreciated the value from swapping insights and experiences with the rest of the attendees and learning more about Gap's automated material flow. As we all know, seeing is believing and walking the facility and watching the automation live truly brings the concepts to life.

This week I attended the Women in Supply Chain Forum co-founded by Marina Mayer and where do I even begin?!?! Out of the 226 attendees I was able to have conversations with 30 women intimately throughout the 2 days. Women in procurement, operations, planning, sales, warehousing, inventory management, marketing, transportation….. from college students to women with 30+ years in the industry. This conference will develop anyone not just professionally but also personally because it was filled with engaging and REAL conversation. Thriving in this space goes beyond work: You have to show up in your marriage, for your kids, for your team, and most importantly for yourself….this conference left nothing behind. I can’t wait to attend this event again and see how these genuine connections bloom. My cup runneth over & I’m proud to be a woman in supply chain. 💜 Just to name a few: Alessandra Caminati Briceño Courtney Muller Edona Kurtolli Rani Kshepakaran, CSM Jessica Menke Wendy Leland Nellie Teeling, MBA Sara Silver Karen Coe Katie Fowler Maci Buck Sami-Jo Smith Emily Madden Jennifer Kobus Eileen Dabrowski Elizabeth McCall Rita Webster, Ph.D. Ellen Louise Blackwelder Amelia Zweizig Karin Bursa Kathleen Drummonds Sarah Barnes-Humphrey Mariana Vieth Kira Bilecky, MBA Ratisha Bolin, MBA Jocelyn Whitfield Ann Marie Jonkman, PMP TGW North America

Attending the Women in Supply Chain Forum with Alessandra Caminati Briceño has brought me so much joy. The connections made were effortless. No matter where each woman worked in supply chain, transportation, warehousing, procurement, planning, operations…. We all were there to cheer each other on and figure out how to help each other grow and get to the next level! TGW North America was well represented & I can’t wait to see how our connections bloom!

How can I even begin? This event has been one of the most inspiring, well-organized, and heartwarming experiences I’ve ever had. As I fly back home, my notebook is filled with valuable notes and countless new ideas. It’s not just about my personal growth and career - it’s about how I can help others, too. Every conversation, every speech, and every person I met has made an impact on me. I am very grateful for the opportunity to attend. I now have a new mission: to bring more Latinas to next year’s event! Diversity is beautiful, enriching, and powerful. ♥️ A huge thank you to TGW North America for this incredible opportunity, and to Women in Supply Chain Forum for organizing such an amazing event!
