We are honored to welcome two new board members, Joe Fielding and Julie (Axelrod) Kalish!
Joe Fielding
Joe Fielding is a Senior Partner in Bain & Company’s Financial Services practice in the New York office, where he leads the Banking Practice for Bain in the Americas. Joe has over twenty years of financial services consulting experience, working with the leading banks and financial institutions on topics of enterprise and business strategy, organizational and technology transformation, operating model, and innovation. He has experience in commercial, small business, and consumer segments related to strategy and transformation. Prior to joining Bain, Joe was a Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Financial Services practice in New York.
Joe is a member and co-chair of the Management Department Advisory Council for Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University, MSE in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Princeton, and a Ph.D. in Engineering & Applied Physics from Yale.
Julie Kalish
Ms. Kalish joined Apollo in 2018 and is a Partner Lead Human Capital Business Partner for our Finance, Operations, Technology, Legal Tax and Compliance, Human Capital, Transformation, and Corporate Service teams. Prior to joining Apollo, Ms. Kalish worked at Credit Suisse most recently as the Chief Operating Officer for the Global Markets and Investment Banking Human Resource Departments.
Prior to her most recent role, Ms. Kalish was in a variety of Human Capital roles at Credit Suisse, including lead roles in Talent Development and Campus Recruiting. Ms. Kalish started her career in the Human Resources department of Lehman Brothers. Ms. Kalish graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans.
