The video "Agile Combat Employment," provides an overview of the U.S. Air Force's Agile Combat Employment (ACE) doctrine. It explains ACE as a strategy designed to enhance the Air Force's operational flexibility and resilience by enabling rapid deployment and dispersal of forces across various locations. The video illustrates a real-world scenario where ACE principles are applied, demonstrating how Airmen are trained to execute this concept effectively. For more detailed information, the video references the Air Force Doctrine Note 1-21 on Agile Combat Employment. "Why Things Matter", communicates the profound significance of military service within the U.S. Air Force, particularly in the context of an all-volunteer force. in this Airman Magazine exclusive Col. Damian Schlussel, commander of the Barnes Center for Enlisted Education , highlights that less than 0.5% of the U.S. population currently serves or has served in the military, underscoring the unique commitment of Airmen to a cause greater than themselves. Chief Master Sgt. Stefan Blazier, Air University command chief, echoes this sentiment, noting that military service is about serving a greater good. Their insights reflect the dedication and responsibility inherent in choosing to serve, especially in a world where many do not agree with the Military Service way of life. #DevelopingWarfighters United States Air Force Air Education and Training Command @ https://lnkd.in/e4AanYXp
