Amazon is bringing everyone back five days a week, starting in January. Are they the start of another return-to-office trend, or an outlier? It feels like we are reaching another milestone here after a year or so of stability, in terms of ramping up pressure to bring workers back. That said, many more companies are holding onto their existing hybrid schedules. The norm around Boston seems to be settling in at three or four days in the office, but the range of RTO policies has never been wider since the pandemic began. https://lnkd.in/ehQ-wrw9 via @BostonGlobe Micah Remley John Dolan Ashley Lane
