The Center for Family Support Inc. seeks a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a proactive and committed role in executing CFS' person-centered mission, supporting our diverse staff and special community. In this executive role, the CFO will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that support the agency's mission and objectives, understanding CFS' goal to provide personalized, innovative support programs and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families. The CFO will be a team member who directs and oversees the agency’s financial activities, the accounting department, budget preparation, and audit functions, as well as supervises the Chief Technical Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. She/He will work with other department heads to monitor each department's best practices and ensure alignment with the organization's overall goals and compliance requirements. On 12/5, a wonderful team of volunteers from CFS celebrated National Volunteer Day by lending a hand at the FRANCISCAN BREAD FOR THE POOR INC. They packed essential items like meat, nuts, and granola bars, and assembled self-care kits with love and special messages of hope. Our wonderful CFS advocates also wrote an inspiring letter to share some holiday cheer!
