Under her leadership as COO of MDM Hotel Group, employees are provided a flexible schedule that allows accommodations for attending school, picking up kids, and other Monday - Friday activities. Tabeni and the organization focus on the importance of mental health by curating stress relief activities such as arts and crafts events and bringing Pet Therapy Dogs to mingle with their teams. Florencia and MDM also work with organizations, such as The Children's Trust to promote early childhood education by assisting employees who become parents to register for the Trust’s Book Club initiative.
