The Daily Texan

The Daily Texan is the student newspaper for The University of Texas at Austin. Founded in 1900, The Daily Texan is the oldest newspaper in the South. The Texan has won more national, regional, and state awards than any other college paper in America. The Daily Texan is student-run and entirely independent from the University.
