L'ADONÉ is the brainchild of Leila Ayach, who founded the company in Zurich, Switzerland, in 2017. The journey began much earlier with the painting of soul pictures, a form of sacred art that inspires the viewer, leads them to their inner peace, and is a mirror of their unique individual beauty. The ELENYA collection, a set of high quality exclusive extrait de perfumes followed much later and are based on the same principles as the paintings. Leila sees everything in a holistic aspect. Everything is connected; everything is subject to the same divine principles. Perfumes are subject to the same principles as sacred paintings, pieces of music and literature. A perfume can describe a piece of music, a painting can depict a perfume. It is based on the principle of capturing the same frequency. This can be continued in fashion, in a culinary dish, in a dance, in languages, in interior design...     Look at this gorgeous short film! The good people of Shajarpak Pvt Ltd (Pasha Fabrics) will hold their second show in Dubai next week. They will be featuring Zargar, their offering reviving the ancient Mughal craft of Malmal: the finest cotton fabric hand embroidered with a 3-ply thread to give maximum relief to the intricate designs. The cashmere shawls with embroidered paisley in pure silk threads will be a head-turner, but the most interesting thing for me is that they will launch their bespoke shirt line there. So what do we have here? A company out of Pakistan deeply involved in conserving and reviving ancient crafts in cloth making, inspired by art and really going the extra mile as far as product presentation is concerned, spreading out outside of their home market and beginning to adapt their product offer to occidental habits.
