Our very own Human Resource Director Lorien Picou has a new mentee - The ODU/SHRM Hampton Roads HR mentor program is in full effect. ✨ The program has 20 students participating. These students are all undergraduates who are either Human Resource Management Majors or are taking Human Resource Management courses at Old Dominion University. In the first meeting the students interview their mentors. In the second meeting students get to pitch their career plan and ask for feedback. What a great opportunity for these students who aspire to work in HR!
