We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Secondary Marketing Analyst to join our Capital Markets team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our Investor pricing accuracy to ensure proper loan margins and company profitability.   RESPONSIBILITIES: Create, review, and confirm pricing for rate sheets both internally and with external Investors Reconcile and approve daily purchase advices, and coordinate with investors regarding corrections or discrepancies Help initiate and maintain relationships with key business partners Create, maintain, and analyze Secondary Marketing related reports and data Identify opportunities to improve processes and help drive improvements   ABOUT YOU: ✅Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ✅Great communication skills, and presentation skills. ✅High proficiency in Excel. ✅Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team, and with outside business partners. ✅Ability to work collaboratively with teammates and business partners who speak English as their second language ✅Degree in finance, economics, or a related field preferred. ✅Experience in the mortgage industry, including underwriting, pricing, and risk management a significant plus. ✅Experience in mortgage lockdesk and/or secondary marketing a plus.   WHY JOIN US?
