*To have multiple sources in terms of solutions and partners during design sessions; Not necessarily for PO negotiations!!
*To share findings with other industry experts as well as experienced stakeholders in terms of facility, technology, physical systems,etc.
*To prepare facts mentioned in Episode 6 prior to design sessions in order to question every single details from concept to delivery.
*To engage various technical teams to ensure adaptability of the software to which in-house WMS integrates as well as Soft-Bot/Controller (in case of multiple solutions from various providers, WES, WCS); technicalities has to be tested and approved by all parties.
*To look into long term values such as uncertainty with economy and the impact on spare parts, labor, Mis-pick (higher freight cost, lower credibility for downstream), expansion/growth based on demand forecasting, resource requirements and contingency plans, effectiveness of inventory accuracy, so on and so forth.
